We will periodically update this page so you can stay up to date on important Residence Life dates and deadlines.
Spring 2026
SPRING 2026 MOVE-OUT AND HALL CLOSING
- Non-graduating seniors, the residence halls close on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at 10 am. All students must check out before then unless they have been approved by the Office of Residence Life to stay after 10:00 am.
- Non-graduating seniors who do not have approval from the Office of Residence Life for late stay will not be permitted to remain in the residence halls beyond 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
- Graduating seniors, the halls close at 12 p.m. (noon) on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Please email reslifestaff@rhodes.edu if you have questions or concerns.
Fall 2026
MOVE-IN DATES:
- Incoming Student Move-In: Thursday, August 13, 2026. Move-In times will be available by timeslot. More information about timeslot availability and selection will be available soon.
- Returning Student Move-In: Monday, August 17, 2026.
MOVE-OUT DATE:
- Sunday, December 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. - Residence Halls Close
Spring 2027
MOVE-IN DATE:
- Sunday, January 10, 2027 - Residence Halls Open
