The faculty Postgraduate Scholarship Committee coordinates the endorsement and application process at Rhodes for nationally prestigious scholarships. Mariam Khayata '22 was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship in 2023 to pursue a Master of Philosophy in Modern Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Oxford in England beginning October 2024. She is the eighth Rhodes Scholar from Rhodes College.
