Psychology (new)

The Department of Psychology at Rhodes engages students with psychological science to study how people think, feel, learn, develop, and relate to one another. Through courses, laboratory experiences, and close collaboration with faculty, students learn to ask meaningful questions about behavior and psychological processes—and to answer those questions using evidence. Our curriculum spans neuroscience, cognition and perception, clinical and counseling psychology, social and developmental psychology, health and well-being, education, and community psychology. Across these areas, students develop skills in critical thinking, research design, data analysis, and scientific communication.
