Interested in sending a survey?

Rhodes College faculty, staff, and students interested in sending a campus survey should review the survey schedule and complete the survey scheduling request form. Only surveys approved through this process may be sent to campus members, and approval allows survey administrators to access email lists and send campus announcements.

Note: This survey scheduling request form should not be used by students or faculty surveying students in their courses as part of a class assignment or for course or program improvement.

Survey Schedule

Campus surveys help us understand and improve the Rhodes experience, but only when enough people respond. To reduce survey fatigue and improve participation, we implemented a survey scheduling process to balance survey timing and frequency.
