Hazing Prevention Workshops
Organizational Hazing Workshop
This workshop is designed for the entirety of a group to come together for a conversation about how we bring new members into the group in a way that reflects the stated mission and purpose of the group. Participants will leave with an understanding of Rhodes College policies around hazing and clear action steps to take to evaluate their new member program.
10 Signs of a Healthy and Unhealthy Group Workshop
This workshop highlights how healthy and unhealthy behaviors can occur in a group context and within group relationships. Building on One Love’s 10 Signs of Healthy & Unhealthy Relationships, StopHazing and One Love collaborated to use the same framework to consider groups' healthy and unhealthy behaviors. The workshop takes about 60-90 minutes and can be tailored to your group’s needs.
If you would like to request either workshop for your group, organization, or team, please email stophazing@rhodes.edu. We also can customize a program based on your needs. Please reach out!
