Do you, or your program provider (if you're using one) have a deadline earlier than Feb. 1? If so - what is it? *Typically, the students' deadline to apply to a Rhodes summer program is Feb. 1. The Buckman Center will adhere to any earlier deadlines you or your program provider set. We simply need to know what those are. Normally, Rhodes summer programs accept applications on a rolling basis, until the program has filled, or until the Feb. 1 deadline is reached. On a case-by-case basis and in consultation with the program leaders, students may be added to programs even after the deadline.

Which student levels are eligible for your program? Most programs are open to all student levels.

Is your program open to non-Rhodes students? If so, will the non-Rhodes students need access to any online systems at Rhodes, such as Canvas, Rhodes email, online Barret Library, etc?

What is the minimum GPA requirement you're setting for this program? (The College's minimum GPA is 2.5, although program leaders may specify higher GPA minimums).

Has this program been recommended by EPC for full faculty vote? The EPC's recommendation for approval for new study abroad programs, or materially altered existing study abroad programs, is required. The EPC requests at least 10 business days to review your program and prepare their recommendation/feedback.
