The Cynthia Marshall Award was created in 2005 by family and friends of Professor Cynthia Marshall. The award is given to the most deserving senior majoring in English who is pursuing graduate studies in any field in the humanities.The Jane Donaldson Kepple Writing Prizes are awarded annually for excellence in writing as judged by a committee of faculty members. These prizes were established in 1985 by Thomas R. Kepple, Jr. in memory of his wife.
