Erin A. Dolgoy is a political scientist, with concentrations in political theory and American politics.
She is the 2024 recipient of the Clarence Day Award for Outstanding Teaching.
Since 2023 she has been a founder and co-editor of the Politics and Contemporary Television book series at Roman & Littlefield.
She is the co-editor of Political Theory on Death and Dying and Short Stories and Political Philosophy.
Her work has been published in The Political Science Reviewer, Utopian Studies, Perspectives on Political Science; as well as in Making Sense of Diseases and Disasters, Science Fiction and Political Philosophy, and Leadership and the Unmasking of Ambition.
She joined the faculty at Rhodes College in 2013 as a Post Doctoral Fellow in Political Science. She earned her tenure in 2023 and has a joint appointment in the Department of Politics & Law and the Department of Philosophy.
