logo for AASHE

The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) membership organization that empowers higher education staff, faculty, administrators, and students to be effective change agents and drivers of sustainability innovation.

AASHE membership extends to everyone at Rhodes. As a member school, our entire campus community has access to AASHE’s online resources and opportunities for networking, information sharing, collaboration, and professional development. For example, the Campus Sustainability Hub is an online resource library that provides access to nearly 15,000 resources for campus sustainability, organized by topic (e.g., curriculum, diversity, public engagement, energy, investment, purchasing, transportation, campus engagement, climate). As part of the AASHE community, you are part of an active online community of more than 30,000 sustainability officers, students, faculty, administrators, and business representatives from more than 900 academic institutions.

To access member-only pages on AASHE’s website and take advantage of member benefits, individuals must first create their own account. To create an individual account, go to the create account page and complete a user profile using your Rhodes email address. When you are prompted to identify which organization you are affiliated with, make sure to select Rhodes from the drop-down menu. Once you have configured your account and received an email confirmation, go to the login page, enter your email address (login ID) and password, and you will have access to the entirety of the online resources.
