Appointments for photography sessions are only available to individuals who fit into one of the following three categories:
- Alumni and their immediate families
- Current or newly enrolled students and their immediate families
- Faculty and staff and their immediate families
Alumni and current students must indicate their class year for verification. “Immediate family” is defined as parents (or guardians), grandparents, siblings, spouse/partner and children of the student or alumnus/a being photographed.
All requests for photography sessions will be reviewed by the Office of College Events and Scheduling to ensure that the request meets these guidelines and to verify that campus activities will not be interrupted. No photography is allowed inside campus buildings. No commercial photography of any kind is allowed.
The form below must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested photo shoot date. You will be notified via email once your request has been approved.
This agreement will confirm that I have agreed and volunteered to participate in the above stated activity taking place on the Rhodes College campus. I agree to assume any risks accompanying this activity and understand that if I am injured, sustain damage to my property, or cause damage to property of others, Rhodes College has no financial obligation to me, my dependents, my family members, or my heirs for medical costs, indemnification for lost wages and any other types of permanent or temporary disability, or any other costs that may relate to such injury or damages. If, as a result of my activities, any other person or entity suffers any injuries or damages, it is my responsibility to indemnify any such claims being made against Rhodes College. I agree to protect, defend and hold harmless Rhodes College from and against any such claims.
