Rhodes faculty and students participated in the 2024 Joint Mathematics Meetings (JMM) held Jan. 3-6 in San Francisco, CA. The annual event, with more than 17 organizations participating, is known as the world’s largest mathematics gathering.
The American Mathematical Society is one of many hosts for the JMM and is the manager of the meeting’s logistics. More than 5,500 registered for the 2024 event, which provided a range of research presentations, educational exchange, professional panel discussions, and gathering opportunities for colleagues, collaborators, and students.
