Hosted by the Digital Art and Animation area in the WVU School of Art and Design, the festival showcased nearly 130 outstanding and independent videos and animations from regional and global creators in multiple genres.

A mysterious TV static-bodied figure takes center stage in Malone’s video and according to its synopsis “the narrative unfolds in an artful exploration of the words and feelings of  the person behind the lens and the static person’s comfortability in being unidentifiable, offering a thought-provoking and visually mesmerizing glimpse into the nuances of being yourself.”
