After Ten Years, Rhodes Vision Continues to Become Reality Under Troutt’s Leadership

“After 10 years, William Troutt Still Excited About Leading Rhodes College” is the headline in today’s Commercial Appeal. This year marks the tenth anniversary Dr. William E. Troutt became the 19th president of the college.

Among his many accomplishments, Troutt is credited with leading the Rhodes community in drafting the Rhodes Vision, developing the college′s new library, creating partnerships with Memphis businesses and increasing national recognition for the school.

Terry Hartle of the American Council on Education calls Troutt  “one of the best-known and well-respected leaders in higher education” in the Commercial Appeal article.
