Dwaun Warmack to Receive Service Award from Delta State University

Dwaun Warmack, Associate Dean of Students at Rhodes, will receive The Kent Wyatt “Young Alumnus” Service Award presented by Delta State University’s Alumni Association. He will be recognized at homecoming activities planned October 31 and November 1 in Cleveland, MS.

The award is named for Dr. Kent Wyatt, who served for 24 years as president of Delta State University, and is presented to an alumnus of 35 years of age or younger who has given outstanding service to DSU.

Warmack was a starter on the Statesmen Basketball Team, and he earned a bachelor of science degree and a master of education degree from DSU. He currently is pursuing a doctorate of education from Union University. Warmack joined the Rhodes staff in 2005.
