The Paul Barret, Jr. Library and Rhodes’ commitment to collegiate gothic architecture are mentioned in the December issue of University Business magazine.

The library also is showcased in the 2007 architectural portfolio issue of American School and University. The issue is the sourcebook for award-winning and outstanding education design.

J. Allen Boone, vice president for finance and business affairs at Rhodes, is quoted as saying “The library has had a profound impact on the Rhodes community, enhancing opportunities for student-faculty interaction. The building is alive 24 hours a day. Choosing this site, as a result of a master-planning process, provided a bold opportunity to transform our campus.”
