Two Rhodes Alums Inducted Into Lambda Alpha International Land Economics Society

Lambda Alpha International (LAI) Memphis Chapter recently inducted R. Kemp Conrad ’96 and Richard R. Spore III ’84 into the land economics society.

Conrad, Principal of Cushman & Wakefield-Commercial Advisors, LLC and one of the top brokers in the region, was inducted in recognition of excellence in real estate brokerage. He has completed transactions in 32 states and 10 countries as well as completed a wide range of strategic planning and transaction assignments. Conrad also is a Memphis City Councilman.

Spore was inducted into LAI in recognition of excellence in real property law. He is managing partner of the Memphis office of Bass Berry & Sims, PLC. He has represented private investors, publically traded REITs and institutional lenders in commercial real estate projects across the nation and has been at the center of numerous high profile transactions in Memphis.
