Andrea Tedesco’s paper was voted best (for the second year in a row) at Georgia Southern University′s annual undergraduate philosophy conference held recently, and Abbie Hicks’ paper was voted second best. Both papers will be published in Georgia Southern’s undergraduate philosophy journal.
Tedesco, a junior gender and sexuality studies major, presented “The Power of Pornography.”
A sophomore philosophy major, Hicks presented "The End of Liberal Education: Taking the Du Boisian Stance Against Washington."
