Milan Vigil, instructor of martial arts at Rhodes, will be guest speaker at the Asian-American Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration luncheon on May 21.
The event will be held in Millington, TN, and is presented by Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mid-South American Heritage and Diversity Committee. NSA Mid-South has more than 7,500 enlisted and officer personnel, civilians, and full-time contract personnel.
