Rhodes Express offers all services formerly performed by the Bursar′s Office, including:

Online Bill Payment

Our secure processing of online payments for student accounts ensures the fastest delivery of your funds. Payments can be made using electronic checks at no additional cost. We can accept MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, although a 2.75% vendor service charge will apply. The links below will take you to one of our secured payment gateways:

Pay a Student′s Bill

To pay a student′s bill, the student must log into BannerWeb by going to https://banweb.rhodes.edu/ and clicking the Student tab and selecting "Pay Your Student Bill Online". This will link the student to the Rhodes online payment system, where the student can set up Authorized Payers (such as Mom or Dad). Once the student has granted access in the system for Authorized Payers, those individuals with authorization will receive student bills via email and can make payments by credit card or eCheck. Note: The student must set up an Authorized Payer account for their parents, for parents to be able to view and pay bills.

Rhodes provides electronic billing and payment. Students and whomever they sign up as authorized payers are able to view bills, view the current status of a student’s account, and make payments by electronic check or credit card using the secure QuikPay system.

Important items to keep in mind:

  • Students must grant permission to parents/guardians for them to view and pay bills The student must log into BannerWeb, click on Student & Financial Information, then click on View and Pay Your Student Bill Online to access the QuikPay system.  To add parents and others as authorized payers, click on the Authorized Payers link on the left and follow the instructions for creating, modifying, or deleting authorized payers.  Once a student has given someone access to Quikpay as an authorized payer, that person will be notified with an email message each time a new bill is generated for the student. The Quikpay system will be available via the internet, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Payment options
    Payers have the option of making payment by electronic check at no additional cost. Payments using MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are also accepted with a vendor service charge of 2.75% of the amount charged. Please note that the College no longer accepts VISA cards. The new payment options do not affect those payments made to Tuition Management Services as part of the monthly payment plan as the new Quikpay system applies only to balances due in excess of those amounts covered by a monthly payment plan. Bills may also be printed for the mailing of a paper check, and check or cash payments continue to be accepted in person at Rhodes Express in Burrow Hall.
  • Paper bills are not mailed
    The fall 2009 semester bill was the last paper bill mailed by Rhodes. All subsequent bills have been delivered in electronic form, and only those to whom the student has granted access as an authorized payer are notified by email that a new bill is ready.

Deposit funds to a student′s Lynx$ account



IMPORTANT:Lynx$ are funds that a student can use to pay for items on campus using their Rhodes ID card. ANY PAYMENTS MADE TO A STUDENT′S LYNX$ ACCOUNT WILL NOT AFFECT THEIR STUDENT BILL BALANCE. To make a student bill payment, please see the information above.

Note:  Funds deposited to the Lynx$ account before 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday will available for spending after 5:30 PM the same business day.  Funds deposited after 4:30 PM or on weekends or holidays will be available for spending after 5:30 PM on the next business day.

Pay a new student enrollment deposit



IMPORTANT: Only use this form if you are a newly accepted student looking to pay your enrollment deposit. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS FORM TO PAY THE BILL OF A CURRENT STUDENT; to pay the bill of a current student, please see the information above. This enrollment deposit form only allows accepted, incoming students to pay the enrollment deposit.
