Ordering Dates for Graduation Invitations

Orders for invitations, name cards, and thank you cards should be placed with the Jostens representative in the Burrow Refectory from 11 am - 1:30 pm on February 6 and 7, or no later than February 15 in the Rhodes Bookstore (901-843-3535).
Rhodes graduation invitations are supplied by the national firm of Jostens in collaboration with the College Bookstore.

  • Invitations are $13.50 per package of ten invitations.
  • Personal name cards for enclosure and future use are $14.35 for 50 cards; $18.50 for 100 cards; $22.50 for 200 cards.
  • Personalized thank you cards may be ordered at $19.50 for a package of 50.
  • Josten also offers personalized announcement cards which can be used in lieu of invitations. The minimum order is 25 cards for $49.45 and additional cards can be ordered in increments of five for $9.90. Orders for announcements may be placed until April 21 at http://www.jostens.com/ or 800-854-7464. Announcements must be paid for when the order is placed and will ship directly to you in 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Samples
    A sample of the invitation as well as other graduation accessories will be available for examination when you place your order.
  • Class Rings
    The official Rhodes ring will also be displayed for purchase, with graduation delivery guaranteed. A $50 deposit is required at the time of ordering.
  • Deadline
    Orders for invitations may be placed until February 15. Please note that invitation orders cannot be placed after this date.

  • Payments
    No payment is required at the time orders are placed. Students will be notified when their invitations arrive in the College Bookstore and may pay using cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or their Bookstore charge accounts. Estimated delivery time is April 10.
