Prof. Michael Nelson’s Lecture on 1968 Presidential Election Airs on C-SPAN

The subject of the lecture is the 1968 presidential election, and Nelson discusses how and why Richard Nixon′s victory came at a pivotal time in American politics.

Nelson also is author of a new book titled Resilient America: Electing Nixon in 1968, Channeling Dissent, and Dividing Government.
