Documentary by Rhodes Alum Chris McCoy Is Indie Memphis Double Winner

Alumnus Chris McCoy ’93 won an audience award for his documentary “Antenna” that premiered at the Indie Memphis Film Festival this past weekend. It also won a Special Hometown Jury Prize for Local Significance.

The film is about the history of the Antenna, Memphis’ first punk rock club and the musical explosion it inspired.

McCoy earned a B.A. in English from Rhodes.
