Relay Team Members and Yanckello Earn All-American Honors at Nationals

On Saturday, the Rhodes Women′s Track & Field team wrapped up the NCAA Championships with the 4x100 meter relay and Sadie Yanckello earning All-American honors. The relay finished 8th overall with a time of 47.51, while Yanckello took 7th overall in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.56.

This marked the first time in school history that a Rhodes relay team earned All-American honors. Members of the All-American team included Sadie Yanckello, Mary Kate Mullen, Chelsea Temple, and Lindsay Svehla.

Yanckello earned her second All-American honor, and this marked the second time in the last three years that Rhodes has had an All-American in the 400 meter hurdles.
