International Studies Presents “A Conversation with Bob Buckman”

The International Studies Department at Rhodes is presenting “A Conversation with Bob Buckman” for the Rhodes community on Wednesday, Feb. 29. The discussion and Q & A to follow will take place at 4:30 p.m. in Blount Auditorium of Buckman Hall. Professor Steve Ceccoli will serve as moderator.

Robert H. Buckman served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Bulab Holdings, Inc., the holding company of Buckman Laboratories from 1978 to 2000. A longtime member of the Rhodes College Board of Trustees and Rhodes benefactor, he holds degrees from Purdue University and the University of Chicago. In 2004, he published Building a Knowledge Driven Organization.

As the leader of a multinational, specialty chemical corporation, he has become an internationally renowned expert on knowledge sharing and knowledge management.
