Rhodes’ Shelby Foote Collection Featured in Memphis Downtowner

In 2011, Rhodes received the Shelby Foote Collection. The Memphis Downtowner has published a feature story about the collection in its February 2012 issue.
Foote’s son, Huger, is quoted in the article as saying, “It was important to me that the entire collection be kept intact and preserved in its integrity to inspire and, I think, amaze this and future generations of scholars. Rhodes shares this vision.”
