Darrell Cobbins ’97 Recognized As An Agent of Change

Rhodes alumnus Darrell Cobbins recently received the “Agent of Change” Award from the Memphis Urban League Young Professionals. The award recognizes his contributions to the community.
A 1997 graduate of Rhodes with a B.A. in anthropology/sociology, Cobbins is owner of Memphis-based Universal Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and economic development, having previously served in senior roles at the Memphis Regional Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Advisors, LLC. In addition, he has served in many leadership roles and on numerous boards, including the Rhodes Alumni Executive Board.
Cobbins, who is a third generation real estate professional, is committed to building stronger communities through service in real estate and being the kind of business leader that will propel Memphis to even greater heights.
