Rhodes Alumna Sarah Lacy Urges Memphians to Be Entrepreneurs

Rhode alumna Sarah Lacy, who now resides in California as editor of TechCrunch, recently was in town to address the state of entrepreneurship in Memphis. She was keynote speaker at a forum on global entrepreneurship, hosted by The Leadership Academy and sponsored by Independent Bank.
The Memphis native also is author of a new book titled Brilliant, Crazy, Cocky: How the Top 1% of Entrepreneurs Profit from Global Chaos. Lacy graduated from Rhodes in 1998 with a B.A. degree in English.
