Rhodes Finishes in Top Ten of Mock Trial Nationals

Publication Date: 4/18/2011

For the 24th time in its 25 years of competition, Rhodes Mock Trial team finished in the top 10 nationally. The success and rigor of this program is exceptional preparation for students interested in law and public policy upon graduation.

Congratulations to Kashan Pathan ’11 and Robbie Cook ’13 who both received All-American Witness honors.

The 48-team national championship finals of the American Mock Trial Association were held this past weekend in Des Moines, Iowa.

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) took home the championship trophy and joined Rhodes and the University of Maryland as a program that has won more than two national championships. Rhodes brought home championship trophies in 1990, 1991, 1994 and 1995.
