Zachary Albert Participates in National Association of Temple Educators Conference

Rhodes senior Zachary Albert is serving as a college intern for the National Association of Temple Educators (NATA) conference being held this week in Washington, D.C.
Albert will have the opportunity to meet with members of NATE Executive Committee, participate in study sessions with scholars and leaders in Jewish Studies, and engage with experts from the fields of general and Jewish education. The theme of the conference is “The More Justice, The More Peace: Affecting Change through Advocacy.”
When Albert was twelve, he helped to acquire a Holocaust Torah Scroll for the Dallas Holocaust Museum. The documentary film “Dancing with Torah” was inspired by his work.
