Model UN Experience: Spring and Fall 2012 at Rhodes

Travel Stories: I took a trip to DC during the fall of my junior year of high school with a good friend and his family.

Fun Fact: I also play the trumpet, piano, and guitar, and I’m learning how to sound design next semester.

James Fletcher, Co-Chair

James Fletcher graduated from Jesuit College Prep of Dallas in 2012, enrolling in Rhodes College that fall. During his academic career, he has served as an officer in Kappa Alpha Fraternity and Rhodes Radio. He was also the Director of Fundraising for the Class of 2014 during his sophomore year. James’ experience in South Africa helping to integrate Xhosa tribes into metropolitan areas and his assistance with ABB’s, a Swiss corporation, acquisition of Memphis firm Thomas& Betts drove him to seek an education with an international context. Seeking his major in International Studies, James aids to pursue a career in sate security and conflict resolution. He wants to aid in US-Western defense policy regarding the Middle East and China. James, a junior, will be graduating from Rhodes College in 2014.
