Dear Delegates,

Welcome to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) at MSMUN 2014! My name is Elisha (June Mi) Kang, and I am thrilled to be your chair. As a senior at Rhodes College with an Economics-International Studies bridge major, this will be my third and final MSMUN. Though I was born in Seoul, South Korea, I have graduated both middle and high schools in Little Rock, Arkansas. I first joined as a sophomore in high school, an dmy involvement with the Model United Nations has provided me extraordinary experiences since then.

I studied at Korea University during the summer of 2012, so let me know if you have any questions about studying abroad in Korea. Some fun facts about myself are that I am amateur drummer and that I love cheering for my baseball team in Korea. Also, I am a big harry Potter fan and was sorted into Ravenclaw on Pottermore. I hope you all are as excited as I am to be in this body, and I look forward to hearing productive debates. Please let me know by email if you have any questions or concerns.

Warm regards,

June Mi Elisha Kang
