Rene is studying abroad in Mexico this semester 

Hi, I’m Tallyn Owens, originally from the suburbs of Chicago and a freshman here at Rhodes and I’m your ECOSOC co-chair for MSMUN this year. Interestingly enough, my Model UN experience is very limited because I didn’t participate in high school, but I was urged to participate in MSMUN this year by a few dear friends of mine and I couldn’t be more excited. I haven’t had the chance to travel abroad yet, but I am pursuing a minor in Spanish and I hope to study in either Spain or Argentina.
