People Development Process
The People Development Process is an employee development model based on a shared understanding between the supervisor and the employee of job responsibilities, performance standards and performance levels. It′s an interactive process which encourages honest and open feedback from a variety of sources for insight into employee effectiveness.
Employees should complete the People Development Process with their supervisors at least once annually.
