Basic Retirement Plan
Full-time faculty and staff who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to receive contributions to a retirement plan after two years of service. Once the employee has completed the required enrollment material the College will contribute based on the employee’s regular salary:

| Up to $22,900 | 8% |
| In excess of $22,900 | 12% |
The College contributions are 100% vested upon deposit.
