The College offers two health plan options for eligible employees.  You can find more detailed information about coverage and eligibility for the two plans in the College Handbook.

To obtain the highest level of benefits for both plans you must use PPO providers.  The primary network is Partner Solutions.  You may view a list of participating doctors and facilities or you may search for providers on Pittman & Associates’ website:  http://www.pa-tpa.com/.

Pittman & Associates, Inc. is the third-party administrator for both health plans.  To request an ID card, ask about a claim or obtain help finding a PPO doctor you may call Customer Service at (901)473-3100 or go online to http://www.pa-tpa.com/.  Employees and dependents who are enrolled in either College health plan can create a secure login for this site.  Once you are logged in you can access your own benefits online, ask questions, request an ID card and even view your claims.  Pittman & Associates has provided instructions for creating an account.

The College pays 75% of the premium for employees and dependents.  Employees may elect to have premium deducted through the flexible benefits plan (pre-tax option).  Employee premiums for the coming plan year (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014) are:
