Transfer or Sale of Tangible Results of Research
Transfer or Sale of Tangible Results of Research: Tangible Results of Research may not be transferred or sold to any party outside the College before: (a) a disclosure of the Tangible Results of Research has been submitted to the Dean of the Faculty and (b) the Contributor(s) has been notified by the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of any required conditions of such transfer or sale. Such notification shall be made within thirty (30) days following the disclosure of Tangible Results of Research.
