Salary Administration
The salary administration program provides for salaries that will attract and retain proficient employees. The Human Resources Office will have the responsibility for directing and administering the compensation and classification program, as well as monitoring internal equity and external competitiveness. The President has final authority for distribution of salary adjustments and salary administration changes.
