Amendment to the Charter
April 26, 1984
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 48-303 of the Tennessee General Corporation Act, the undersigned corporation adopts the following Articles of Amendment to its Charter:
- The name of the corporation is SOUTHWESTERN AT MEMPHIS.
- The Amendment adopted is: The Charter of the corporation is hereby amended to change the address of the principal office of the corporation in the State of Tennessee to 2000 North Parkway, Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, 38112.
- The Amendment was duly adopted at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the corporation on April 26, 1984.
- The Amendment shall be effective when these Articles are filed by the Secretary of State of Tennessee.
