Dr. Pamela Church, chair of the Department of Commerce and Business at Rhodes, has published “Want to Reduce Turnover? Treat Workers Like People” in Wall Street Journal’s “Market Watch.” 

Big accounting firms are aware of potential turnover problems and devote millions of dollars toward helping recruits adjust to their new environment, providing details about what to expect on the job.
