Alumna To Present Paper Written While at Rhodes at Early Modern English Conference

A paper by Rhodes English alumna Kathryn Johnson ’11 will be presented at the Early Modern Colloquium’s “Violence in the Early Modern Period” interdisciplinary conference to be held this week at the University of Michigan.

Her presentation derives from a final project she wrote for Professor Jennifer Brady’s senior seminar on the Renaissance playwright John Fletcher. Johnson was a Bonner Scholar and writing fellow at Rhodes as well as an inductee in the Sigma Tau Delta and Phi Beta Kappa honor societies.
