Sandra George Tracy

Since 1990, Sandi has served as the Career Services Director. As Director, she provides guidance and leadership to the programs and services offered by the staff. Sandi counsels junior and senior students in all aspects of the job search process, including graduate school preparation. She coordinates the academic internship program and several workshops for seniors. Amy Oakes Ware

As the Associate Director of Career Services, Amy primarily counsels first-year and sophomore students, as well as students who are still undecided regarding their futures. She coordinates Career Tracks, a career orientation program for first-year students, facilitates the Sophomore Career Series (SCS), the Junior Academy for Career Knowledge (JACK), and the Career Advancement Seminar for Seniors (CASS), which are six-week seminar series. Staci MacDougall

As the Employer Liason of Career Services, Staci will meet with employers to develop a recruiting strategy and determine the best way to reach out to Rhodes′ students. She is responsible for coordinating all on-campus recruiting including the Career and Internship expo, interviews, informational activites for students, resume referrals and other recruiting needs.
