Career Services Staff
Sandra George Tracy
Since 1990, Sandi has served as the Career Services director. As director, she provides guidance and leadership to the programs and services offered by the staff. Sandi counsels junior and senior students in all aspects of the job search process, including graduate school preparation. She coordinates the academic internship program, the Career Fair Expo, and several workshops for seniors. Amy Oakes
As the assistant director of Career Services, Amy primarily counsels first-year and sophomore students, as well as students who are still undecided regarding their futures. She coordinates Career Tracks, a career orientation program for first-year students, and facilitates the Sophomore Career Series (SCS), the Junior Academy for Career Knowledge (JACK), and the Career Advancement Seminar for Seniors (CASS), which are six-week seminar series. Claudia Rutkauskas
Claudia has been with Rhodes Career Services since 1986. As the administrative assistant and recruiting coordinator, she is responsible for coordinating the On-Campus Recruitment Program and Credentials Services. She also coordinates and produces many office publications, including the job search guides offered to all students and The Career Appeal. Jasmine Medley ‘09
As an intern through the Rhodes Student Associate Program (RSAP), Jasmine coordinates and assists with career services programs like Career Awareness Week and office publications like The Career Appeal. Jasmine also helps to coordinate off-campus internship positions for students as well as keeping the Career Services web site up to date.
Jamie Young ‘09
Jamie serves as one of the 2007-2008 interns for the Career Advising Team (CAT). CATs are integral members of our staff, serving as peer mentors and campus leaders who promote career development among the Rhodes community. Kimberly Harn ‘11
Kimberly is another member of the Career Advising Team (CAT). A sophomore history major from Seattle, WA, Kimberly is a CAT Intern for the 2008 - 2009 school year. As integral members of our staff, CATs serve as peer mentors and campus leaders who promote career development among the Rhodes community. Suzanne Hatchett
Suzanne comes to the College from The University of Memphis, where she is working on her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. She works with students on résumé critiques, mock interviews, career assessment testing, and career counseling.
