Rhodes Shadow Program


Definition

The Shadow Program offers Rhodes’ students the opportunity to meet an employer in a career field they are considering.  This experience allows students to observe work, investigate a career field, and experience a typical day on the job.

Process

You will be notified by Career Services when a student requests a shadow opportunity in your career field.
Students will contact you in order to arrange a mutually agreeable time for the shadow meeting. 
Students are required to submit a resume and complete an application.  The resumes will be sent to employers upon request in order to provide information about the student.  
You will be provided with a list of suggested activities for the experience.
