Office Mission

The Office of Leadership Programs facilitates students′ becoming leaders in their communities and the world by engaging them in:

• Personal Development—gaining a clear understanding of themselves, their values and their passions and becoming involved in leadership experiences that align with that understanding.
• The Study of Leadership—studying community leaders, leadership theory and social issues and using that knowledge to develop a personal philosophy on leadership.
• Organizational Development—creating student organizations that are effective, value driven and a positive environment for student leadership learning and growth.
