Built: 1950′s by the National Cotton Council. Renovated into apartments in 2012.

Number of apartments: 40 apartments. 2 person studios; 3 or 4 residents in two bedrooms apartments and 6 people in three bedrooms apartments.

Rhodes has leased The Flats at Cotton Council to use for student housing.  The Flats will have the same policies and living expectations as on campus.
