Why I want to be a mentor? I know what it feels like to be the shy kid coming from home going to a new city and into the college life. It’s a totally different ball game when back in high school you weren′t the coolest cat on the block. I want to help turn the introverted into the easy going, smooth student. I will have accomplished my goal if I can help someone remain at Rhodes and feel comfortable staying for 3 more years.
