Theme Housing

When you select housing, you will have the choice of living in regular housing, or living in an area with a particular theme. The Policies section includes complete policy descriptions and other residence hall rules. Following is a description of how these policies are expanded for theme housing.

Substance free floors are for students and their guests who have made a conscientious decision to refrain from the use of substances (drug, alcohol, and tobacco) in the residence halls or returning to the hall under the influence of substances.

I want to live in theme housing!

Housing Selection for students interested in substance free, quiet study, and restricted visitation will take place prior to regular housing selection. To express interest in one of these options, please contact Marianne Luther, lutherm@rhodes.edu, by March 20, 2009.

Based on the interest, a housing location will then be selected for theme housing.  Although expressing interest does not commit you to theme housing, do so only if you have a genuine desire to live in theme housing.
