The Memphis Area Residence Life Association Conference was created as an opportunity for paraprofessionals that work in residence life in and around the Bluff City to interact and learn from one another. This one-day, drive-in, conference is designed to:

  • Foster community
  • Develop networking within the area
  • Enhance leadership skills
  • Share programming ideas

Cost is affordable per Resident Assisant.  (Professional staff members are free.)
