Eligibility Requirements:

Completion of Russian 102 for those seeking to fulfill F10 requirement; completion of 202 for enrolling in 309.  No prerequisites for other students.  Minimum GPA: 2.5 and be in good social standing

Program Cost:

The cost for this program is $4000, which includes room and board, tuition, and excursions, such as the ballet/opera.

Program Description:

This is a 4-credit course in Russian language at the beginning, the Intermediate (Russian 209), or Advanced (Russian 309) language level. The Russian language courses are designed to acquire more language competence through studying various aspects of the language such as grammar, conversation, phonetics, and analytical reading. Students are in class for 5-6 academic hours, 5 days per week for 3 weeks. A significant cultural component is part of the course.
