Computers in Barret

There are computers located throughout Barret Library, including

• Reference Area (First Floor) 
• Information Commons (First Floor) 
• Assistive Technology (First Floor) 
• Writing Center 122 (First Floor) 
• Digital Media Lab 210 (Second Floor) 
• (2nd and 3rd Floors) 
• Middle Ground - open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Additionally, wireless access is provided in the building for those who wish to bring and use their personal laptops.  Laptops with wireless capability are also available for check-out.

Software available on Barret computers (PDF) includes Microsoft Office and other common programs, as well as specialized software used by different disciplines, including ArcView GIS, ChemDraw, Mathematica, SPSS, Stata and more.
