Beginning in 1947, the College library began binding and cataloging honors papers. After the creation of the Archives, care of undergraduate honors papers shifted to the Archivist. Since 2008, new honors papers have been made available online through DLynx in electronic format. Honors papers produced prior to 2008 are only available in hard copy presently, but they are listed in the Rhodes College Online Catalog.
Bound honors papers do not circulate and must be read in the Archives reading room. Photocopying of honors papers is not permitted, except for the title page, table of contents, and bibliography without the written permission of the author. Honors papers are not available through interlibrary loan.
The library’s online catalog lists honors papers and they may be found by using the standard search strategies: name of author, title, or by a keyword search.
