Library Liaison Program

The Library Liaison program has been established to strengthen the library as a partner in research and lifelong learning. Each academic department and program has a liaison assigned. The Liaison program aims to:

Keep each department updated on Library/IT issues
Provide research consultation to faculty and students
Seek departmental input in the collection development aspect of the materials in Barret
Work collaboratively with faculty to manage access to scholarly literature including books, journals and electronic resources
Teach library research skills to students
