The Library Liaison program has been established to strengthen the library as a partner in research and lifelong learning. Each academic department and program has a liaison assigned. The Liaison program aims to:

  • Keep each department updated on Library/IT issues
  • Provide research consultation to faculty and students
  • Seek departmental input in the collection development aspect of the materials in Barret
  • Work collaboratively with faculty to manage access to scholarly literature including books, journals and electronic resources
  • Teach library research skills to students

Liaisons and their departments are listed below. (Faculty members in Art, Biology, Math/Computer, and Physics can contact any of the Liaisons listed below or call the InfoDesk at 901-843-3927 for assistance.)

Please contact your Liaison if you want to schedule any library services, have questions about materials, research concerns or need help accessing library resources.  You may also contact helpdesk@rhodes.edu or call 901-843-3890 for assistance. We look forward to working with you and your students.
